lookin for trouble...

I remember when we first got Belle and she was just a young puppy. One of the first things we did was get her some toys to play with. I remember thinking it was ironic when this cute little puppy would chew on our pillows, shoes, clothes and pretty much anything and everything except her toys. Oh, and she chewed on the cord of my blow dryer which resulted in me having to buy a new one.
Belle has gotten better with not chewing on stuff she shouldn't, but I am realizing that I now have to be more careful in watching my little guy. He is crawling around great now and can move pretty fast. In just the last week he has pulled over and broke one of our lamps, he's fallen off the bed, and attempted to eat Belle's dog food while splashing one of his hands in her water. He loves being on the ground to roam around but no matter how many cool toys I put down for him to play with he is always looking for cords to pull on, or getting in David's x-box stuff. I am hoping he doesn't become interested in the stairs before we move cause I don't want to have to buy one of those gate things.
Despite all this stuff, I have really enjoyed watching Madden learn how to crawl and explore. This mom stuff is pretty dang fun. =)
He loves to crawl around everywhere!

Madden watching dad play Madden 07 =)

Bedtime! If you look closely- you can see his two bottom teeth!

I know, Porter is such a ham. Thanks for the tips...treats I am sure will be very very helpful! I am so jealous that Madden is crawling. Porter is trying SOO hard to crawl. He is just so chubby he is just airborne on his belly. haha. He weighed 20 lbs at his last appt. lol. He cant even sit up by himself for very long because his belly is so big it gets in the way. But he does make a cute chubby baby.

Anyways, yes...my hubby is from St Johns. (sad I know) haha. But I have made friends with a lot of his friends wives so it isnt too bad most of the time. Hope you have a great weekend. You will have to email me you and Jessica's phone numbers I dont have either of them, so that we can plan one of these thursdays to come out and play.

I love the picture of him watching his dad play games. Oh so cute! these picts make it so I can't wait to have my own little guy! Oh, and some people say that everyone gets tubby after having a baby, but you look amazing Amanda!

That is so cute and so fun he is crawling all over. I need to bring Jaxon over just to watch him, I hear babies learn faster when they watch other babies do something. He probably won't even crawl, he still refuses to roll over and HATES his stomach. He just throws fits when he is on his stomach so he will probably do what Jason did and just skip crawling! It is frustrating though! But Madden is adorable! I need to babyproof my house now before I find Jaxon into everything! haha.
